We thank all our planned-gift donors for their generous support. Here are some of their stories.
Meet Our Donors
Welcome to the Interactive Planned Giving Website for the Academy of the New Church Secondary Schools (ANCSS), Bryn Athyn College of the New Church (BAC) and the General Church of the New Jerusalem (GC). The Planned Giving Office of the Department of Development serves all three of these institutions.
Do you know there are creative ways to support ANCSS, BAC and GC that don't affect your current lifestyle or your family's security?
With this planned giving website you can explore and discover potential giving options in the comfort of your own time and space.
Generally a planned gift refers to a gift given now, but received in the future. It is often called a deferred gift. Planned Gifts are usually made from a person's assets, rather than ready cash. One way is to name the organization in your will.

A way for a younger person to make a planned gift is to take out a life insurance policy on himself/herself with the Church or the Academy as the owner and/or beneficiary. A whole life policy created for a person in their twenties or thirties is relatively inexpensive and will within a few years accumulate enough dividends to pay the premium and no longer require the insured to make further payments on the policy. The premium payments made may be tax deductible. Learn more >
Several Planned Giving options are listed on this website. Some of them have built in calculators and have the capability of being personalized and producing illustrations with specific information on interest rates, income tax deductions, potential income, and the ultimate amount ANCSS, BAC and/or GC will receive.
